Please note, I'm not a medical professional - these are simply the steps that have worked for me after living with AS for 10+ years, so always make sure to consult your doctor.

1. Prioritizing Quality Sleep

Quality sleep is a game-changer for AS management. I'm sharing a few key things that might help you sleep better: invest in a good mattress, get a body pillow, and make sure you use the proper head pillow.

2. Mindful Nutrition & Proper Hydration

The role of nutrition in managing AS symptoms is an important one, but its very complex. It often looks different for everyone so be prepared for a lot of trial and error. One thing thats universal is the importance of staying hydrated! Make sure you drink enough water everyday!

3. Stress Reduction Tips

Stress can exacerbate AS symptoms and studies have shown a correlation between reduced stress and reduced inflammation in the body. Uncover practical and simple stress reduction techniques that have made a significant impact on my life!

4. Targeted Exercise for Comfort, Strength & Flexibility

Find an exercise routine that promote flexibility, strength, and overall comfort. Again, this can be very individual so you might have to try a few different approaches before you find one that works for you.

5. Daily Pain Management
