I'm so glad you're here! My name is Elina and I'm a registered yoga teacher, wellness coach and content creator. I'm originally from Sweden, then I moved to the US in 2010, lived there for 12 years, and now we've just moved to Stockholm! I reside here with my American husband and our Doberman boy, Achilles.
I've loved health & fitness my whole adult life but after being diagnosed with a spinal condition in 2013, and also herniating two discs, I had to rethink the way I move. I'm very focused on alignment, core work, and low impact exercises. I believe the best way to help your body deal with pain and disease is to keep moving - whatever that looks like!

I’ve loved health & fitness since I was 20 years old. I did everything - yoga, running, kick boxing, and I even competed in Bikini Fitness! After herniating two discs in my lower back and being diagnosed with a spinal disease in 2013, I had to rethink my approach to movement and life in general. I started studying yoga and coming up with creative ways to make my body stronger and more flexible, while being gentle enough on my spine.
After years of experimenting and practicing on my own, I enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training with the renowned Cathy Madeo, mainly with the intention to deepen my own practice. But once the training was done, I quickly realized I had a unique perspective on yoga that could benefit a lot of people. I started teaching via Zoom during Covid and my approach remains ever focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, creative modifications and the use of props, as well as a philosophy of practicing without expectation. My classes are inspired by gentle yoga, Hatha and Vinyasa, and you can expect accessible, fun, and empowering sequences!
