I want to start off with telling you my story. I grew up HATING fitness. I never moved my body, I loved McDonalds and I was the girl that had fake notes from my mom every week to skip gym class! I'd rather stand outside and smoke with the "cool" kids... I was skinny fat and SO unhealthy. Then before a vacation to LA when I was 20, I decided I wanted to start working out (the Hollywood effect I guess ha!) and here we are.
I've been through it all when it comes to fitness! I was a runner, I kick boxed, I did yoga, I even competed in bikini fitness! I was such a gym rat and would spend 2hrs+ a day in there. I spent hundreds of dollars a month on expensive coaches. Funnily enough, all it did was make me obsessed with what I ate and very unhappy with my body. I developed an eating disorder and after getting seriously injured and learning that I had a spinal disease, I had to take a step back and re-evaluate. Fitness was my biggest passion but I couldn't go balls to the wall anymore, my body (and mind) couldn't handle it.
Fast forward a few years and I've learned how to keep a balanced lifestyle that doesn't constantly revolve around food. I now workout from home which has given me so much time back (because honestly, if you spend 2hrs+ in the gym, you're not doing it right). I focus on 30-60 minute workouts from the comfort of my home, I have a sustainable view on food, and I'm happy. And back in September last year, I decided I wanted to become a coach and help others find the same happiness I did!

What we do
Our job as coaches can be described simply: we focus on ourselves and our own wellness journey, we share about it on social media, and then we help others do the same. We walk alongside people and support them, while we continue to better ourselves every single day.
How amazing is it that first and foremost, to be successful in this, you focus on YOURSELF! Then and only then, are you able to spread your passion like wildfire. This job not only creates the opportunities to change lives, and impact others and yourself in a positive way, but it can create FREEDOM. Physically, mentally, emotionally, financially... whatever kind of freedom you desire.
