WHAT IS IT?
A 21 day accountability group where I'll provide meal plans, grocery lists, and tons of healthy, yummy recipes! You'll pick a workout program, either Barre or 21 days of weights & pilates, with the option to add a full nutrition program as well! We will share tons of recipes, you'll receive 3 weeks of meal plans, accountability from all the girls in the group (and most likely make a few friends!), me as your coach, AND we'll of course have tons of fun!

A new low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program thats a mix of barre, Pilates, dance and cardio intervals! Barre workouts have been one of the hottest fitness trends for years, with devoted fans praising the way they sculpt and tone without impact, while also improving posture and flexibility!
No previous Barre or dance experience required!
You dont need a barre or any special equipment
This program is 30–40 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 60 days
All workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home! No need to rush to class, find a parking spot, arrange a baby sitter or spend a ridiculous amount of $$ every time. You get a high-end barre studio experience with a super supportive community WITHOUT the expensive price tag!
21 Day Weights & Pilates Program:
Get ready for major calorie burn in only 30 minutes! These workouts are short so you can get in, get out, and get on with your day, but they'll challenge you at every level to help maximize fat-burning results! There’s a modifier option for every move, so you set your own pace without losing the benefits of a total-body burn.

21 days! but I encourage you to repeat it again as you'll get stronger and can push even harder!
You'll need weights (light, medium, heavy)
