Movement is Medicine

Hi and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I love teaching accessible, empowering classes that feel good in both your body and mind. Inside my membership you'll find a mix of yoga, Pilates, mindfulness and lots of low impact moves you can do on a daily basis. I truly believe movement is medicine and I want to make it easy for you to make exercise a habit. If you're just getting started, my Daily 10 Challenge consist of 10-minute classes that you can do everyday!

 

If you have back pain, I'd highly recommend you check out my "Back Friendly" category. I have a special passion for back health as I live with a spinal condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis. AS is a form of inflammatory arthritis that affects the spine, hips and sometimes other joints in the body. I've also had multiple disc herniations in my low back and neck, and for the past 10 years I've been on a mission to find movements that feel good for my spine.
