Alright loves, Galentines Day is coming up on February 13 and while I'm married I still like celebrating Galentines Day too! Everyday should be a day to celebrate the loves of our lives, both husbands and BFFs! Since moving to the US with no family and not knowing anyone here, my girlfriends really became like my family. We are so extremely close! And I'm not one to usually have a lot of friends, but the ones I do have I really love. I've put together a little gift guide for the special BFFs in your life, or perhaps its your daughters, moms, sisters, or any other special women you want to celebrate. Or maybe you're a guy looking for something to get your girlfriend or wife for Valentines Day. Either way, read on - there are some great options below!
For the Instagrammer:
If you have a friend who spends hours every week on Instagram, tags her post with "influencer", and knows how to take selfies from all kinds of odd angles, she will LOVE this! If she doesn't already have ring light, that's the first step in getting her really serious about this influencer thing. I've had my Neewer ring light for years and I love it. It bends, extends, and comes with two different light covers, one similar to studio lighting and one a little warmer. It also comes with a bag so she can bring it with her when traveling or shooting outside. This is the one product every influencer needs! It'll make sure all their photos and videos are well lit, which is Instagram basic 101.

And if she likes to read there is a book called Influencer: Building Your Personal Brand in the Age of Social Media by Brittany Hennessy that is an easy read and gives tons of great tips for aspiring influencers.
For the Beauty Junkie:

For the Career Woman:
For the ambitious career woman in your life, try getting her a pair of black pants from Spanx! They fit PERFECTLY and are so flattering and comfortable. Perfect for those long days in the office or traveling across the country for big meetings.
Another great option is a notebook from Moleskin! They're my absolute favorites and I've used them my whole career. They come in some nice colors and are super high quality and last through all the meetings, travel, and purse abuse you can think of!
For the Jetsetter:
As an occasional Jetsetter myself, what always makes my travels super smooth is staying organized! A cute passport holder is non-negotiable. It keeps your passport, tickets and any visa paperwork in one place. You can also clip on a small pen, and you don't have to scramble right before landing when filling out all those customs forms! I like the cute ones from Ban.do!
Another great gift is cute luggage! If you spend a lot of time traveling, it makes it more fun if you feel cute (including your luggage). My favorites are from Chester but I've also heard amazing things about Away.
For the Fitness Freak:
If you're in the mood to splurge, I'd recommend a Peloton! Now, I realize that's a lot of money to spend on your friend but perhaps its more for your mom, daughter, or wife. Either way, we bought ours in September and WE LOVE IT! Used to go to SoulCycle classes but they're $30 a pop which ends up being super pricey, and its hard to follow their schedule and you have to fight for the best bikes, etc. Much more convenient to just do it in your living room!
Another great option would be to sign up to do Barre with yours truly, which is only $160 for a WHOLE YEAR (and it also includes access to over 1,100 other workouts)! So a lot cheaper than a Peloton, and most other studios! You can submit your info under the Workout With Me tab!
For the Dog Mom:
As mom to Achilles I always love when he gets gifts, or I get gifts that are for him in some way. One of my favorites is this cute dog treat jar from Amazon:
Achilles also loves any toys from Kong! He is quite a chewer and tends to bite through almost everything, except Kong toys. His favorite to date is the Kong Extreme (he's had it for two years and its still intact!), and I usually fill it with peanut butter and freeze it for puppy ice cream! It comes in different sizes so don't worry if you have a smaller dog, there is a size for everyone.
