Core Burn - 18 minutes!
This is a quick, fun and challenging core burn session! You may want to use a block for one of the moves, but not necessary!
If the fallen triangle leg lifts are too much, you can always take a modified side plank instead (drop the bottom knee). Make it work for YOU, never the other way around :)
